Vortex Fluidic Technology has successfully demonstrated continuous flow processing of wine and is able to change the colour of red wine. There are range of other parameter improvements that the team are currently developing and optimising that when complete will present the use of the VFD as a compelling treatment technology for wine makers. 

Publications by the research team in this area are currently pending and we are seeking both research and commercial partnerships with companies to (i) optimise fundamental processing parameters that are necessary for the desired processing of wine, and (ii) establish pilot-plant production for industrial volumes of wine processing.
